This mod will bring realism to your GTA V universe. With this mod you can start & turn off your vehicle engine anytime. You can repair your vehicle by yourself, use keylock on your vehicle, limit your vehicle speed and also use radar/GPS only while inside the vehicle or when using your smartphone. So., get ready and start your engine..
MOD FEATURES LIST :
• New vehicle indicator HUD.
• Two Engine Starter Style.
* starterOnV : Manually Start or turn off your vehicle engine. Can leave vehicle with engine on.
* exitOnIV : Automatic engine start but can leave vehicle with engine on.
• Heli and plane engine will stay on when you leave with engine on.
• Use radar only on vehicle / using your phone.
• Vehicle found parking on street without driver always with engine off.
• Vehicle with driver inside will always had engine on when get hijacked.
• Repair your vehicle by yourself anywhere, anytime.
* Exit your vehicle and repair it by yourself.
* ERS is the ability to repair your vehicle while inside the vehicle.
• Automatic Tire Inflation System [ATIS]. You can only use when your vehicle tire is burst and can only use one time.
• Speed Control Limiter.
* Speed Limiter.
* Cruise Control.
- Rough or loose terrain will negatively affect the Cruise Control system and CC will automatically detecting and decreasing the speed.
- Smooth acceleration.
* Adaptive Cruise Control. Adaptive Cruise Control is advanced cruise control that can automatically adjust a car's speed to maintain a safe distance. ACC can automatically adjust speed in order to maintain a proper distance, that slows down and speeds up automatically to keep pace from another vehicle in front of you.
• Indicator light. Indicator light will automatically turn off when turning.
• Hazard Light.
• Air Break (airplane). Now while you press backward/Key S instead of turn off your engine, it will only use the air brake.
• Remote Keyless System [RKS]. RKS or know as key fob is electronic remote control key to access the vehicle without using traditional mechanical key. RKS can only be use to last used vehicle. Remote Keyless System include :
* Remote Keyless Entry system [RKE], unlock vehicle doors.
* Remote Keyless Ignition system [RKI], start vehicle engine.
• Auto door lock. When engine is start and vehicle is moving the vehicle door will automatically locked to prevent you from accidently pressing exit button when driving.
• Neutral when engine off. When you turn off your vehicle engine while
speeding your vehicle will keep moving.
• Autonomous Drive. Autonomous car is a vehicle that is capable of sensing its environment and navigating without human input. Now your car can auto-retrieve you when outside the car or self-driving to destination when you inside the car.
* Auto-Retrieve system : Now your car can auto-retrieve you when outside the car.
* Self-Driving system : Now your car can self-driving to destination when you inside the car.
* Auto-Patrol.
• You can turn on/off your vehicle interior light.
• You can turn on/off your car neon.
• You can change car neon flashing mode and colors
• You can open/close vehicle doors from inside.
• You can roll up/down car windows from inside.

• Change engine start on starterOnV. Now if you want to turn On the engine PRESS and HOLD Key Z until the engine is start. And if you want to turn Off PRESS and HOLD until you see red icon on the lower right screen then RELEASE the button.

* Improve the Auto-Retrieve AI.
* Add New Patrol Auto-Drive. To use PRESS Key O when inside a car.
• Improve the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) and Cruise Control (CC). To use ACC PRESS number 7 when inside the car with Cruise Control active.
* ACC now more smooth when automatically adjust the car's speed.
* Rough or loose terrain now will not turning off the CC, instead the CC will automatically detecting and decreasing the speed when you in rough terrain.
* Braking (not handbrake) now will temporary deactivated the CC, you can turn it back on when pressing the accelerating key / Key W.
* CC can now be used in boat.

• Add New Autonomous Emergency Braking System (AEB). AEB is an autonomous road vehicle safety system which monitors the traffic conditions ahead and automatically brakes the car if the driver fails to respond to an emergency situation. * Add new Collision Avoidance System on HUD. Setting on "VES_Game_Setting".
• Add Brake light when stopping. Now your vehicle brake lights will stay on when stopping with engine On. You can also set the time how long the brake light will stay on when stopping. Setting on "VES_Game_Setting".
• Add Head lights flashing when pressing Horn. Now your car head lights will flash when pressing horn. Setting on "VES_Game_Setting".
• Change some code and fix several bug.

You can customise game key in "VES_Game_setting", you need to open with notepad.

This mod will bring realism to your GTA V universe. With this mod you can start & turn off your vehicle engine anytime. You can repair your vehicle by yourself, use keylock on your vehicle, limit your vehicle speed and also use radar/GPS only while inside the vehicle or when using your smartphone. So., get ready and start your engine..
MOD FEATURES LIST :
• New vehicle indicator HUD.
• Two Engine Starter Style.
* starterOnV : Manually Start or turn off your vehicle engine. Can leave vehicle with engine on.
* exitOnIV : Automatic engine start but can leave vehicle with engine on.
• Heli and plane engine will stay on when you leave with engine on.
• Use radar only on vehicle / using your phone.
• Vehicle found parking on street without driver always with engine off.
• Vehicle with driver inside will always had engine on when get hijacked.
• Repair your vehicle by yourself anywhere, anytime.
* Exit your vehicle and repair it by yourself.
* ERS is the ability to repair your vehicle while inside the vehicle.
• Automatic Tire Inflation System [ATIS]. You can only use when your vehicle tire is burst and can only use one time.
• Speed Control Limiter.
* Speed Limiter.
* Cruise Control.
- Rough or loose terrain will negatively affect the Cruise Control system and CC will automatically detecting and decreasing the speed.
- Smooth acceleration.
* Adaptive Cruise Control. Adaptive Cruise Control is advanced cruise control that can automatically adjust a car's speed to maintain a safe distance. ACC can automatically adjust speed in order to maintain a proper distance, that slows down and speeds up automatically to keep pace from another vehicle in front of you.
• Indicator light. Indicator light will automatically turn off when turning.
• Hazard Light.
• Air Break (airplane). Now while you press backward/Key S instead of turn off your engine, it will only use the air brake.
• Remote Keyless System [RKS]. RKS or know as key fob is electronic remote control key to access the vehicle without using traditional mechanical key. RKS can only be use to last used vehicle. Remote Keyless System include :
* Remote Keyless Entry system [RKE], unlock vehicle doors.
* Remote Keyless Ignition system [RKI], start vehicle engine.
• Auto door lock. When engine is start and vehicle is moving the vehicle door will automatically locked to prevent you from accidently pressing exit button when driving.
• Neutral when engine off. When you turn off your vehicle engine while
speeding your vehicle will keep moving.
• Autonomous Drive. Autonomous car is a vehicle that is capable of sensing its environment and navigating without human input. Now your car can auto-retrieve you when outside the car or self-driving to destination when you inside the car.
* Auto-Retrieve system : Now your car can auto-retrieve you when outside the car.
* Self-Driving system : Now your car can self-driving to destination when you inside the car.
* Auto-Patrol.
• You can turn on/off your vehicle interior light.
• You can turn on/off your car neon.
• You can change car neon flashing mode and colors
• You can open/close vehicle doors from inside.
• You can roll up/down car windows from inside.

7 Neon Flashing mode :
* Standart always On.
* Flashing when speeding.

* Flashing clockwise rotation

Neon will not flashing when speeding below 35 km/h.
3 Neon Color mode :

You can change the color on "VES_Game_Setting".
• Now you can open and close vehicle doors while inside the vehicle. To open/close PRESS and HOLD key Shift and PRESS number 1 or 2 or 3 or 4.
• Fix several bug.

• Change engine start on starterOnV. Now if you want to turn On the engine PRESS and HOLD Key Z until the engine is start. And if you want to turn Off PRESS and HOLD until you see red icon on the lower right screen then RELEASE the button.
• Improve the Autonomous Drive.
* Improve the Auto-Drive AI.
* Improve the Auto-Retrieve AI.
* Add New Patrol Auto-Drive. To use PRESS Key O when inside a car.
• Improve the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) and Cruise Control (CC). To use ACC PRESS number 7 when inside the car with Cruise Control active.
* ACC now more smooth when automatically adjust the car's speed.
* Rough or loose terrain now will not turning off the CC, instead the CC will automatically detecting and decreasing the speed when you in rough terrain.
* Braking (not handbrake) now will temporary deactivated the CC, you can turn it back on when pressing the accelerating key / Key W.
* CC can now be used in boat.
• Improve the Remote Keyless System [RKS].
• Improve the Indicator Lights.
• Add New Autonomous Emergency Braking System (AEB). AEB is an autonomous road vehicle safety system which monitors the traffic conditions ahead and automatically brakes the car if the driver fails to respond to an emergency situation. To use the AEB PRESS number 7 when inside the car and when not use the ACC.
• Add New HUD.
* Add new Collision Avoidance System on HUD. Setting on "VES_Game_Setting".
• Add Brake light when stopping. Now your vehicle brake lights will stay on when stopping with engine On. You can also set the time how long the brake light will stay on when stopping. Setting on "VES_Game_Setting".
• Add Head lights flashing when pressing Horn. Now your car head lights will flash when pressing horn. Setting on "VES_Game_Setting".
• Change some code and fix several bug.

You can customise game key in "VES_Game_setting", you need to open with notepad.
* Turn On Vehicle : Key Z (HOLD)(can only use while on vehicle)
* Turn Off Vehicle : Key Z (HOLD And RELEASE)(can only use while on vehicle)
* Repair vehicle : Key E (HOLD)(can only use when stand near your vehicle)
* Indicator Light Left : Key 1 (HOLD)(can only use while on vehicle)
* Hazard Light : Key 2 (HOLD)(can only use while on vehicle)
* Indicator Light Right : Key 3 (HOLD)(can only use while on vehicle)
* ERS : Key 4 (can only use while on vehicle)
* ATIS : Key 5 (can only use while on vehicle)
* Open Engine Hood : Key 7 (HOLD)(can only use while on vehicle)
* RKE : Key G (HOLD)
* RKI : Key Shift + G (HOLD)(can only use onfoot)
* Speed Contol Limiter : Key Ctrl (TAP)(can only use while on vehicle)
* Roll up/down car windows : Key 1/2/3/4 (TAP)(can only use while on vehicle)

Ugh... I so wanted to rate this the perfect 5/5 but unfortunately I can't.
For some reason I'm getting constant flickering in the mod - don't know why - which sadly renders it a bit useless. It doesn't seem to be anything else I'm running at the same time, as normally I've got other on-screen visual mods which flicker at the same time, but don't when VES.lua is removed from the addins folder.
