Pull Me Over is a continuation of sorbas's famous Pull Me Over mod, with permission.

Patrolling cop cars will attempt to pull you over to give a ticket if they see you doing the following:
You may be ticketed for multiple violations. No wanted level gained unless you don't comply with cops or go extremely fast (configurable in INI). What happens after you get wanted is not subject to this script.
Getting pulled over driving a stolen vehicle will result in the police arresting you on the spot.
Now includes Cops on Patrol, a custom popcycle.dat and popgroups.ymt to spawn police cars and police peds into the world. Carefully balanced based on population, crime, and area. Sheriff patrol outside Los Santos, areas with gangs have less police and little to no foot patrols. Only a few spots in all of map don't spawn any police.
Settings
-ENABLED = Is script enabled
-KEY = Key to HOLD DOWN to disable/enable script. Shift + Key to check your record and Ctrl + Key to open HUD settings.
-RANGE = How far cops can see in meters. Some violations such as using a mobile phone have a fixed range.
-CAN BE REPORTED = Cops on foot can report violations to any available cop car nearby.
-MAX = Number of violations which will result to license suspension
-MINUTES = Minutes after which any charge will clear. Real world minutes
-POLICE CAR BLIPS = Show police car blips on radar
-ALLOW CHANGING PURSUING COP CAR = If the pursuing cop car gets left too far behind, any available cop nearby will continue chasing
-LICENSE SUSPENSION = If you don't want your vehicle to be seized set this to false
-LIGHTS ON WHEN NEAR = Should cop cars put their lights on when they start coming after you or when they get near you.
-UNIT = kmh or mph

- Running a red light

Installation
- "PullMeOver.dll", "PullMeOver.pdb", "PullMeOver.ini" go in your GTAV scripts folder. If you don't have one create one.
- "PullMeOver" folder goes in your GTAV scripts folder.
- "Cops on Patrol" requires OpenIV installed, open and install using the "Mods" folder option

0.2.1 released with Cops on Patrol which adds ambient police cars and foot units back into the game!
Great mod, but I'm going to address my doubts here
1. Why do I still use the same speed limit in different places even though I set different speed limits in different places
2. The police will ignore other vehicles in order to issue a ticket for me, and the police car will knock other NPCs flying, just to issue a ticket for me?

Im having an issue where when a police car sees me commit a crime, its cant drive like it will just stay in the same spot and will not move it will just do a burnout like the handbrake is stuck on, uninstalled WOV and everything nothing is fixing it

Yep. If you game language is not english - script can't check streets. Trying change streets.xml to my language
If you have only general speed limit - you need change street names to you language(use wiki for it).
PullMeOver folder has Streets.xml. In this file change all streets name to you language, like in you localization.
<Street>Paleto Blvd</Street> - in this line you mast change "Paleto Blvd" to name in you localization.
Example:
<Street>Paleto Blvd</Street>
to
<Street>Бульвар Палето</Street>
I don't know have you localization abbreviation or no. You can check it on wiki or in game. May be localization files have this lines in game files
I'm coming back to gta but am a little confused. Whats the difference between this mod and Better Chases +? Both seem to do the same thing but more errors reported on better chases?

New patches from rockstar probably messed up the spawns of police that's why it doesn't work.
@dimedius Better chases adds warrant system. That's the main reason some people install it.
@YesNewMan Haha ok, I just checked and have them both installed, probably why I was confused about the warrant and crime system. Makes sense, thanks!
@Daimian Can we get a feature that involves accidents and having to stop to resolve the incident or getting tickets for hit and runs. I do believe theres a ticket for crashing into vehicles but it would be a lot more realistic if we had to stop to resolve accidents

@Daimian hey mate, I have an issue where parts of the mod are working. I get the mod menu and I can use see the speed limit, etc. I've also made sure to install back on the beat and I know it's working because I can see the officers walking around, but there aren't any patrol cars spawning for me. Not sure what else I need to do to get it working
every time i get into a car it crashes and scripthookdotnet says it cant load the mod. ive no clue why cuz it worked like a few months ago.
