Information:
This mod changes the Franklin's "Triple Rails" haircut to resemble the beta haircut seen in various promotional screens and videos
Requirements:
- Legacy: OpenIV.asi
- Enhanced: OpenRPF
Installation:
- Legacy: move the "spplayerone" folder in "mods\update\x64\dlcpacks" and add "<Item>dlcpacks:/spPlayerOne/</Item>" to the "dlclist.xml"
- Enhanced: move the "spPlayerOne_Gen9" folder in "mods\update\x64\dlcpacks" and add "<Item>dlcpacks:/spPlayerOne_Gen9/</Item>" to the "dlclist.xml"
