@InfamousSabre understandable, I could instead of having an .oiv installer, just have the raw audio files, but it can be quite tricky installing sound files to gta, that’s why I chose to make an oiv.

Are you able to do this for the voices of Franklin, Michael, Trevor while driving etc. so that they don't talk or shout while driving? The famous "to close" from Franklin etc. annoys me when I drive my car around the city.

@Remix i'll work on it! I am most likely going to release a full pack that mutes these useless sounds, like NPCs screaming hello, characters screaming in cars, etc.

I can't believe someone finally made this! That stupid "Nice car!" line on constant loop drives me NUTS. It's so stupid and annoying (almost as annoying as "Cheesy Vagina!" from GTA 4--nice writing there, Rockstar).

Anyway--thanks so much for making this, and yes, please remove all other similarly stupid shouted remarks. All they do is wreck any sense of immersion with the game.
