Second map released for Low-End PC's:
This map has less props then the original one. Top of the trailer is removed and there is no wood floor outside the house. I also removed some of the unnecessary objects to reduce lag. That should help raise the performance while the mod is on.

Trevor's trailer into nice log farmhouse with clean landscape and new environment. Expended territory, helipad, gas station, garage, storage building with an armory and a cooking lab.
I placed bunch of parasols on the roof of the house.
So water doesn't leak down the ceiling inside the house when it rains.
However, most of the props are getting wet by default even though no rain comes down.

Installation:
You must have Scripthook V and Map Editor with all the requirements.
Unzip downloaded folder and copy into your main GtaV folder, then load "trevor" in the game.
I have included Unlockobjects files in the zip.
If you want to erase the washers and the matress rubbish in the front yard and in the garage:
OpenIV: " x64h - levels - gta5 - props - roadside - rubbish " delete the following;
prop_homeless_matress_01.ydr
prop_rub_washer_01.ydr
(Back Up Original Files First!)
If you want to remove all other rubbish inside the trailer and make it look nice,
i also recommend you to download " https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/trevors-new-trailer " by Ryan Apex

This mod glitched for me. Many parts of the house are missing, like the stairs, furniture, walls, the helipad ... etc. Can you help me?
@darklanov It is not glitched, you just need to update your MapEditor "Object List".
I just updated "Unluck All Objects" and "Map Editor" files. You can download again (V.1.3), Unzip downloaded folder, copy Unlockobjects and MapEditor folders into your Mod or main GtaV folder.
@Dusted I liked the house but, I couldn't get in for some reason.....it's completely locked everywhere, main front door is locked, I tried to get inside climbing the side ladder thru the upstairs and couldn't do it and I can't even shoot out the windows to get in. How the hell do I get into this safehouse?
@Dusted I don't know if I'm the only one having this issue but, I just can't get inside this house. The front door is locked. I got "Open all interiors" mod installed but, I don't think that helps with this mod. Why and what is exactly the reason I can't get inside this log house?

Can you cerate a trap house in map editor? but without using the OpjectList file.
Does anyone else drop to 20fps everytime you load this lodge in?? Would really like to use this but I lose frame that drop to ANY location on the map. (From Paleto to the Airport.)
Would prefer a YMAP file or even in ADD ON option so that it will load as a dlc or something.
PS: even if i try to place the lodge file in my script (so that it will load on startup) it does not work.

good mod, but it dropped my fps so hard, from 100 fps to 30 how to fix it?
