After the virus outbreak in downtown Los Santos, the military sets up an emergency base of operations to maintain civil order and to monitor supplies coming in and out of the city. This base also provides a safe shelter and a medical care unit provided by the nearby pillbox hospital. The camp is designated as Operations Base Foxtrot and maintained by US marines stationed in the nearby Fort Zancudo.
This map is located in front of the Pillbox Hill Medical Center, inside the Dashound Bus Center.

- then turn on map editor and load the map "opbasefoxtrot"
Best viewed on director mode with traffic disabled at night time
Disabling traffic prevents vehicles possibly messing with the map.
