Improved and Customized version of BigShaqNOKetchup's pretty Venice Beach House :)
The list of changes;
- Removed Trevor's sex doll from pool ( vbh_rooftop_ext.ydr )
- Removed scattered cigarettes and sport shirt from table ( vbh_livingroom_int.ydr )
- Removed bongos from table ( vbh_chillspot_int.ydr )
- A few model improvements ( vbh_kitchen_int.ydr )
- Custom wall paint textures ( vbh_int_txd.ytd )
All the changes are modular, meaning you can choose what to install and what not to :)

@Rowena @WOKEUPINVEGAS Thank you so so much 😊😊😊 Me too, first I was tried doing it invisible but the model doesn't have alpha channel enabled so it wasn't worked :D Then when I learned 3DS Max, I decided I should just remove the model itself :))
