to add this vehicle, rename the chevy folder to silverado, then put it in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks. then go to
mods\update\update.rpf\common\data and add <Item>dlcpacks:/silverado/</Item> spawn with the name silverado

Is there a way to get this on a FiveM server without replacing all of the sandkings?
I cannot spawn it. I type in "Chevy" NOT VALID VEHICLE MODEL
