added wheelie bar as a choice (its an extra part) choose extra_7 to add the wheelie bar or remove the wheelie bar.
added parachute as a choice (its an extra part) choose extra_6 to add parachute bag on the back of the car or remove. (parachute doesnt work its just for looks)

@weezysup what I mean is is the wheelie handling already on the car or do I have to edit it myself?
@bloodykills oh sorry you have to edit the handling or you can get the wheelie script where you just do a burnout and the car does a wheelie.
