1. Open open-iv and go to (x64e.rpf / levels / gta5 / vehicles.rpf)
2. Go into Edit Mode
2. Un-zip the downloaded file
3. Click on the green plus icon, navigate to the unzipped file and copy the file

That was really good, though it could be better if you can make 3 wheel running. Still it was great!
