I didn't see one of these around... but I wanted one!
So I made one, for everyone!
Has the rollcage, race seats, and window armor.
Standard police lights and pushbar.
comes with a downside, it's my first modded car...
so I couldn't get the windows to break XD
Everything else works at least LOL
includes a fancy template that was quick and messy! Do what you want with it.
To install:
Replace any of the police cars you want, paths included with two main choices for placement.
So I made one, for everyone!

Nice, but work on the decals on the side
great, now the cops also use the armored kuruma...
now i can't shoot them unless they get out the vehicles
@Reacon yeah ha I just saw that decal, but not sure how or where the decal is to move it. The police dont use decals, that's only a player thing, but I'll look into it anyway.
sorry to bother, to fix your textures just edit it, and flip one side vertically then horizontally then place where you want it, then itll look right. ive got a bug that im trying to fix, when the lights are flickering and i am close to the vehicle the doors etc explode "Not Blow Up in flames" as in dislocate. any resolutions?
nothing wrong with the textures, and no, flipping wouldnt work.
