I found a way to spawn a gang, I just named the area "San Andreas" since there is no neighborhood called "Cayo Perico" on the island, so they appeared.
I wonder if there is a mod that would add new neighborhoods in San Andreas though.

Hello, first of all I want to say that this mod is awesome, this is the first time I have installed a gang war mod and I did well to choose this one. You can customize everything, it's great and I had no problems.

However, I installed the "flight to Cayo Perico" mod for the single player. And I was able to place some localized blips on Cayo Perico Island but the gang members don't appear/spawn. My questions are: Why don't they spawn, is there something to change besides "TurfZoneData"? Is it possible to place blips and spawn gang members on a new added maps such as Cayo Perico?
