@perese1 How do you convert png files into ytd? I'd greatly appreciate it if you could provide fool-proof instructions on how to do this. Sorry, i'm a compete noob at installing mods. T_T

@alex20121981 Sorry to bother you again friend, but how do i get the neck tattoo? I followed your instructions to the letter and there's no change in my game. Btw, there's no file for the one with original eyebrows.

@NIRS11 So the tattoo will only show if Franklin is not wearing a shirt or tank top?

Can some kind person please tell me why i pressed F4 and nothing happened? I mean you can't really mess up copy-and-paste can you?
