@Touched_Prophet unfortunately no, making a specific area blackout I don’t know. I do know however you can probably go into the games files and try to find the textures for windows and black them out.
@ThatOneHick sorry for the late reply I was just going through some old files, I want it too be in liberty city but it seems as if the Libery City port can't be done due to copyright issues so oh well
@diabetik81 well clearly its a misspelling bud and really 2 and 1/2 stars over that. If you can't fix it yourself or deal with it you have some serious problems thanks for my ratings down over such a small negligible issue!

What is the new install location for the exterior of the Mission Row?
