@Xire Los Santos Tuners updated the trains.xml location. Put the trains.xml in mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5 and it'll work!
@jediknight 095 Sounds like a modkit conflict, since the spoilers are there for everyone who has tested it.
