it works fine its just i cant go five minutes without seeing planes crash nearby, i know it has to be something with this mod because i literally just installed it, it was the only one. ive played with several other mods before and they worked fine with WOV before wov fucking broke. i migrated to lively world and im just randomly seeing planes divebomb and the constant explosions ruin the immersion
the ambulances will also sometimes stay in one place and block traffic with the sirens blaring.

1. Add a pretty rare chance for a random npc to stalk you, if your unable to single them out and stop them from stalking you they will call in the group there a part of, Henchmen or Rednecks etc.this meaning they will pull out their phone and begin walking away from the player in a random direction, acting like a normal npc on a phone call, they will attempt to blend in. and a vehicle of their group type will arrive and all of them will start attacking. the player is able to stop this event by killing the stalker only before they pull out the phone, giving the player a window between the stalker walking away and calling reinforcements.
2. make the phone messages a slightly more rare chance to appear/be seant, this will make for some ambushes that should catch the player off guard.
3. If the group that has been sent after the player is still after the player for a while, one of the attackers will have a random chance to pull out their phone and begin calling in reinforcements, the player is able to stop this by attacking/shooting or stunning the caller, this will be a small chance and cannot happen with multiple enemies, this small chance is only able to happen if the player hasnt dealt with the enemies for several minutes.
ive had this mod installed for weeks buried and forgotten in all my other mods and im just now realizing its installed, turns out no wonder it was so forgettable, its exclusive to gta freaking online
took me (and im not even kidding) a whole week to figure out why i couldnt get into live invader or paleto police station, instead of listening to the vague installation instructions in the description of the mod, i watched a tutorial and apparently i needed a mod called MP Maps or some shit. great mod for A Long Winter or any other zombie mod
great mod and lots of fun for a survival game, but i wish it saved the dog when you left the game. once you put them in a kennel- it should save the dog and it will still be there once you leave and rejoin the game. allowing you to toggle the option to have a dog companion by leaving it in a kennel at the character's house.
