installed it but nothing show up

will this mod work with version 1.41 or nah?

idk why but when i install this mod and load gta the game crash, i check the txt file to change the / or \ and still the same problem, not a good file.

No installation guide?

From the comments here I see that not only I unable to find this jacket anywhere after installation, something here is screwed up.
