This is my first mod and is fairly simple. You shoot the tyres and the car flips (in slow motion if enabled).
NOTE: NOT TO BE USED IN ONLINE MODE
Other necessary mod files:
1. The ScriptHookV files(This includes ScriptHookV.dll and dinput8.dll).
2. Community Script Hook V .NET(From my tests i only needed the .asi file but if you have issues try putting them all in).
Installation:
Copy the "GTA Car Flip Mod.dll" and the "CarFlipModConfig.ini" files into the your "Scripts" folder in you GTA 5 directory(create the Scripts folder if you don't have one).
How it works:
1. Press f9 to open the mod menu and use "Num Pad 8" to go up on the menu, "Num Pad 2" to go down on the menu and use "Num Pad 5" to select a button on the menu.
2. Pressing the "Enable Flip Mod" button will enable/disable the mod, pressing the "Enable Slow Mo" button will enable/disable slow motion and the "Close" button closes the menu.
NOTE: THE MOD AND SLOW MOTION ARE BOTH AUTOMATICALLY ENABLED BY DEFAULT.
4.In the menu you can also increase/decrease the minimum speed that the car must be for it to flip.
5. Shoot Car tyres to flip them. NOTE: ONCE THE CARS TYRES HAVE BEEN SHOT OUT, SHOOTING ANOTHER TYRE WONT FLIP THE CAR AGAIN. THIS WILL CHANGE IN A FUTURE UPDATE.

- Set minimum speed to "1" by default so cars that aren't moving won't flip since it caused some confusion when it was defaulted to "0". If you want cars that are not moving to flip, set the minimum speed back to "0" in the mod menu.

- Bikes now flip and fling their user off. Note: Sometimes their seems to be an issue where the bike wont flip correctly, i will continue to look into this issue.
- Fixed bug where players car tyres would pop and the car would flip forever. Note: only managed to test this twice but it should be fixed.
- Fixed a bug where cars won't flip as intensively when a cars tyre is popped whilst slow motion is active.
V1.5:
- Added a .ini file that allows you to edit the default values of the mod so you don't have to change the values every time.
Future features:
1.A config file to change certain settings of the mod such as the button to open the mod Menu and to edit how long the slow motion lasts (May also add something to allow you to edit how the car will flip).

@Conor1102 When using this mod, it will drop my frame rate from around 47 to 32. Also it'd be nice if the settings saved. Otherwise it's really awesome and fun :D
Its not working for me. I have "ScriptHookV.dll", "dinput8.dll" and the "Script Hook V .NET" .asi file in the gta directory yet I'm not getting any menu option for 'enable flip mod'
I've literally redid these steps over and over again and its not working. I can never get the option to enable this mod ingame. How the heck is anyone actually getting this to work?!!?!?!?~!
What program are you using that the mod is enabled using f9? Script Hook 5 is enabled using f4? Nothing even happens when I press f9???
@State_of_Mind I don't know why your frames would be dropping but i've added a .ini file so that you can edit the default values of the settings so you don't have to change them every time.
This mod disables another slow motion mod i think there is a conflict.

@spboss There's no surefire way to avoid a conflict, as both mods use the same function to change the time scale. Though, @Conor1102 , if you set Game.TimeScale(1f) only once after each car flip, it shouldn't conflict with other slowmotion mods when your car-flipping action is not active.
^Unless you are already setting the time scale just once, in which case please disregard my comment lol
@Conor1102 Awesome, but I do lose frames in certain areas of the map at random times.
@waynechriss First of all ScriptHookV is not enabled by pressing F4, that's the NativeTrainer. They're separate things. Are you sure you have ALL of the required files? Some people may get confused with DotNet and the regular ScriptHook
Nice mod, could you add the option to add a delay between when you shoot the Tyre and the car flips? I'd prefer there to be a delay so you can see the car spin into the flip for a more realistic look but ik others prefer the instant flip.
Also an option to decrease/increase the flip force
@mitchknack i'll make an option for there to be a delay as soon as i get a chance. I'll also add the option to increase/decrease the flip force, i was meant to do this a while ago but just haven't got the chance.
