The mod adds all the vehicles from GTA Online to GTA 5. The new cars can be found in parking lots throughout Los Santos and Blaine County, as well as on the road in general traffic.

Add-On vehicles in traffic and parking lots
Since version 2.0.5 you can add Add-On vehicles to traffic and parking lots.
Open the NewVehiclesList.txt file and add a new line: SpawnModelName,class
For example: gstghell1,muscle
It is mandatory to capitalize the vehicle class as shown in the following example: boats, commercial, compacts, coupes, cycles, emergency, helicopters, industrial, karting, military, motorcycles, muscle, openwheel, offroad, planes, sedans, service, sports, sportsclassics, super, suvs, vans.
If the author did not specify which class the add-on vehicle belongs to, choose the class that seems most appropriate to you. This setting does not affect the performance of the car. It is necessary for correct spawning of cars in the following locations.
Adding cars to the blacklist
Starting with version 2.0.0 you can add cars to the blacklist. In this case they will not appear in parking lots and traffic. You will still be able to get these cars with a trainer or other mods. Open the text file mp blacklist.txt and add the names of the DLC cars you do not want to see in traffic or parking to the column.
Installation
1. Download ScriptHookV
2. Download ScriptHookVDotNet
3. Move the scripts folder into your main GTAV folder (press Replace the files in the destination if Windows asks you to).
Script Settings
Open the AllMpVehiclesInSp.ini file to modify the script settings.

IF THE MOD DOES NOT WORK ON A LICENSED GAME:
1. Using OpenIV, go to {GTA Folder} \ update \ update.rpf \ common \ data \ dlclist.xml).
2. Open the xml file and copy the last line with the new update from there.
3. Using the same OpenIV go to the path {GTA Folder} \ mods \ update \ update.rpf \ common \ data \ dlclist.xml) and paste this line into the xml file.
If you have a licensed version of the game, no mods folder (or you have already updated dlclist.xml), but the mod still does not work, write to the support chat of my Discord server: https://discord.gg/vvxmKP5y5J.
did exactly what you told me. When I add the new patch line from gta folder to mods folder inside Open IV, I am getting a CTD after story mode loading screen. When I removed this, everything is ok.
I asked for help and you just told me no. I thought I supplied enough specifics there to relay I get what's going on, but it's cool you would own me for a typo. I have compared the dlclist.xml in both mods and basic structure and there's no difference. I have literally reinstalled from nothing, logged into online to make sure everything is kosher from Rockstar's end, and I still get crashes related to the newest police thing with crash logs indicating I don't have the right to the DLC.
The only modification to the game to isolate that it's this mod is this mod and the ScriptHook requirements. It's fine if you can't figure it out but it's lame to just insist users don't know what's going on.
@reptrobro I apologize if my response sounded rude. I was simply eliminating two common causes that most users have experienced. Now, you said that the crash happens even on a clean game - I did not have that information. So the problem is something else.
Write me on my Discord server so I know it's you. I need more information about your game to understand the cause of the crash.
For now, I recommend downloading the new patch 3.0.1. It will disable the annoying error messages. You probably won't encounter the cars from the Agents of Sabotage update, but you will be able to drive other MP cars.

@andre500 Last update works good, no crashes. But police cars gets replaced by civil cars in police chase. Any fix for that?

@andre500 I think that my edited dispatch.meta did this. I put some dlc police cars in it for diversity of police cars. These cars are replaced by civilian cars. The cars change regardless of the stars

I am able to spawn all the vehicles perfectly fine using a trainer, but they dont show up in the online shops. Is there any way to fix this?
It's there a form to see the spawn points of the cars exactly I can't difference some cars from SP

AFTER A WHILE USING THE MOD MAKE GAME TEXTURES PROBLEM TO LOAD ...FIX THIS PLS

My guess is that the game does not have enough video memory to handle a large number of cars. Try increasing the time_traffic_gen value, say to 16000. Or disable spawning of DLC cars in traffic (spawn_traffic = 0).
It would be cool if there were a way of assigning likelihood of spawning to vehicles in the NewVehiclesList.txt so the format would be something like "vwe_limo1,sedans,0.2" in order to decrease the appearance rate of certain rare vehicles. Right now limos are way too common, but they shouldn't be absent either. It could help make the traffic spawning system a little closer to how the vanilla traffic operates. Could I achieve a similar effect by just making multiple entries of the same model name in NewVehiclesList.txt for common cars, and then only one entry for rare ones? Would duplicate vehicle names even do anything?

It works! I am however not able to find the Karin Futo GTX, lots or regular Karin Futos tho. I am also running into pseudo-random crashes between 15-30 minutes from starting the game. Only playing with this mod, nothing else.
