Background:
Dimitri was born in Russia in 1969 and served in the Soviet Army during the Cold War, and at some point, in time, he befriended Mikhail Faustin. They later spent time in a Siberian prison together, where Mikhail protected Dimitri from being raped by the other inmates. They have matching tattoos on the palms of their hands, which means that they are "brothers" for life. They began their criminal activities in Russia, where they were both "selling hash to tourists in Red Square" and Dimitri was convicted of murder more than once.
In the mid-1990s, he "exploited a loophole in the US immigration treaty" to move to Liberty City, as did Mikhail. Mikhail moved with his wife and young daughter. Dimitri was arrested in 1998 and 2000 for extortion and hijacking, respectively. In following years, Mikhail's addictions to alcohol and cocaine caused his anger and paranoia to spiral out of control. Dimitri abused painkillers but remained calm. While Mikhail had taken to an extreme level of violence, even by organized crime standards, Dimitri favored reasoning with people to maximize profits (although he could still intimidate people, if necessary, as seen in "Do You Have Protection?"), telling Mikhail time and time again that they had to "play by the rules."

Even though he is evil, and you begin to hate him the first time he betrays Niko, I have always found him to be an intriguing character of the GTA series. At least for me anyway, his story with Mikhail Faustin and his background that we begin to learn about through the intro portion of the game. All really sets the setting for how the games overall story plays out. Niko's story got way more chaotic and eventful as a result of Dimitri's betrayal and disloyalty, thus moving the story in a completely different direction from Niko's perspective of killing Faustin and thinking of settling down with Roman in Liberty City. Yes, Niko still wanted revenge on those who betrayed him in the war, however this was made much more difficult thanks to Dimitri's rules of the game.
This model conversion is the first of many story characters as I wish to port more from the world of GTA IV. Whether they be alive or dead characters, I just want to have the possibility of seeing them live in Los Santos for a change!

Installation instructions:
For Manual Installation, just follow the paths provided by the folder names and drag/drop the files into the openIV locations.
Requirements:
Install "addonpeds"

Installation:
add the 4 files "ig_dimitri" to the addon peds pack.
follow this route: Grand Theft Auto V \ mods \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks \ addonpeds \ dlc.rpf \ peds.rpf \
or you can also install it as a replace by renaming the ped to what you want!
Ex: changing the name "ig_dimitri" to "ig_barry" and replacing that model.
The pedprops I am not certain can be included in the addonpeds mod dlcpack itself, but you can include these two files in this location:
mods - x64e.rpf - models - cdimages - pedprops.rpf

I did not expect him to turn out as good as he did, not to toot my own horn, but my new knowledge in ped editing is getting better and better as I have learned more about how the facial animations work. Plus, the help from people in our discord server who have provided tips and tricks to make model editing work a whole lot better for me and my methods!
Feel free to use the assets from this mod to give clothes to mp characters or story peds if you like! Any model related thing I upload on this site you can use for your own creations! Just be sure to credit me when making your own stuff, because it's difficult to convert models into GTA 5. A lot of trial, error, and times was put into it lol.

I'd suggest the russians from the DLC's I remember the scene where Johnny is confronted with them in Ashley's apartment they were badass. The Russian goons are almost done btw, just gotta finish the last model named cs_russiangoon2 then they will be ready for upload! I even went ahead and included the rest of the model variations for one of them named cs_rus_kn as he had another head and some long coat textures that I felt like adding in for him! He looks pretty badass now! So they should be either uploaded tomorrow or the day after as I gotta work the night shift for my job tonight and it might make me pretty tired lol.

I wanted to let you know that the list has now been narrowed down to some final peds for the main Russian story characters from GTA IV as I got some uploads coming this week! I just got done with the Dimitri's Hired gun ped who looks like agent 47 and who killed Roman in an alternate cutscene in IV, and I completed Darko who is Niko's main target throughout the GTA IV story. I actually have learned what I have been doing wrong for the peds in the 3ds max rigging process and have managed to fix the dark illumination effects, skin detail jagged/grainy looks in game, and even some slight movement mistakes I made, all while keeping the blood effects I added! So I am excited to hopefully be uploading higher quality peds in the future! Next to come are the following from a final list of uploads for the Russians:
Ivan & voice
Intro Boat Peds (Captain, davethemate, sergei, and whipping girl)
Mel (barman)
Mickey (Bartender)
If there are any others you can help me think of that I may have forgot then let me know! You can check all the ones I've uploaded so far and see if any are missing who are Russian. I know the gang is missing but they will be coming in the near future. I can almost guarantee it as the votes are gettign pretty close in our discord! After these story peds are all done I will make a full pack upload of all the Russian story peds as to help you all with the voice replacements and for the peds to use the info I chose for them such as walkstyles, etc! @WolfFire23309 I think you got them all from what I remember, there's the two guys that try to extort Florian I don't think they had unique models though but I can't remember. The guy that holds roman hostage, There's the guy that you're sent to kill for Ray Bulgarin who owns those corrupt cops I can't remember what his name was though I just remember that Timur feared him cause he knew where Timur's family was.
@Dimitri_Rascalov Oh yeah, I remember them, I think they mainly use the Russian Gang models though. If I could post pics here then I would for an example, but they do I believe. I know there is also the Russian Cook from the beginning cutscene as well, who looks at a diamond, but his model is actually the Russian Gang model who I have plans for when I get around to bringing the full gang to V. Similar to the extortion guys for Florian and the guy who holds Roman hostage. Not sure about the guy who is feared by Timur, so I'll look into the model! I think these might actually be it then all things considered. I'll get to work on finishing them soon and we will see what the discord chooses for the next gang mod I work on!

@Dimitri_Rascalov Hey man just a heads up, I actually tallied up the poll votes and its a tie between the Russian MOB and the strippers/hookers!! Go vote on my YouTube channel's community poll for the Russian MOB if you want them to win as I will be closing that poll tomorrow evening about 7-8PM. It was a tie of 6 for both on my discord lol. I honestly was expecting the Hustler gang or fightclub peds to be winning as they had the most votes visually on the discord, but people were voting twice and so I only counted their first vote I saw per ped/gang emote. So it resulted in those two only getting 5 each at the end.

I would like to eventually do like a gang war between both the Italians and the Russians as that would be awesome, in like a deal gone wrong setting! Especially once they have all their voice lines playing too as that would be so cool! Cause I'll be bringing as many voice lines as I can for them as I know they have a lot haha! The hookers/strippers don't have too many lines nor too many peds, but I will still be adding everything for them as well if they end up winning. We'll have to see what tomorrow brings!!

@Dimitri_Rascalov Hey bro, I just finished the last of the Russian story peds from GTA IV, do you still need them all in a pack or are you good with what's been posted so far? I've actually been trying to make addon dlc versions for the recent characters individually so they can be installed with all my settings. Just not all of them up to this point have been updated to include this option of course as I'd either have to update these older mods with the dlc pack or I can just make a mod that contains all of them in one. Just that may require a Google Drive link as 5mods probably won't be able to handle all of them in a single archive lol. Let me know what you think would work for you and others!
@WolfFire23309 I think a single pack with all of them would be great. It would definitely save time on the downloads and the addon DLC version would be great.
@Dimitri_Rascalov Okay cool, I can put that together come tomorrow then. Btw, Roman Bellic will be coming soon, as I have decided to go ahead and make my own version of him. I'll be giving him his voice with his iconic "lets go bowling" lines haha!
