1. Run OpenIV, navigate to, 64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one.
2. Replace uppr_diff_004_a_uni.ytd & uppr_diff_004_b_uni.ytd, exit OpenIV and run the game.
3. Enjoy! (You will need an ingame native trainer to load this mod.)
