You will need to download the original model from :

Install it as instructed by the creator......
Once you got the vehicle successfully installed then use the file you downloaded from here and place it into the patchday where you have the original model installed.
I have not experienced any technical problems using this mods....

You do realise that San andreas is the STATE and not the county right? The two counties IN san andreas are los santos county and blaine county.
