FIRST, Download the original bus here:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/1987-gmc-rts-template-livery
it should go here: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
put Edit Mode on in OpenIV
then, go to then go to bus.ytd and import bus_sign_1 and bus_sign_2
save
exit
windows don't support anything so flag won't be added

Hi! Isn't it missing an American flag on the side windows near the back? I'm not sure it uses one since I've seen MTA RTS both with and without flags.
