- Open up Open IV and navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
- Place all of the files inside the model folder at the location provided above
- Navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
- Add the handling lines from handling.txt at the location provided above
- Go to Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default (don't use Open IV here)
- Place the file from the els folder at the location provided above (don't use Open IV here)
