1. Start Open IV and navigate to: Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
2. Enable Edit Mode
3. Drag sheriff.ytd into vehicles.rpf replacing the original file.
4. Disable edit mode, close and enjoy!

@tunio I think you'll find the flag is already fixed on the darker version. I just have not updated the screenshots.
