- Download the Admiral police cruiser linked above and install it
- Using OpenIV, navigate to mod files for the Admiral Police Cruiser (where ever you installed it) and replace the "poladmiral.ytd", "poladmiral+hi.ytd" and the carcols with the ones provided

What do we need to do to get the all red lights? Since the default comes with red/blue.
