I really like more thin rain like in Watch Dogs instead those big chunks, thats all what it is, just texture change.
Use openIV to replace at
x64a.rpf\textures
REBUILDING not necessary, when it says it will be automatically saved, means you replace, close and you done. Two versions and original included
---Pictures don't do much of preview, you really have to see ingame---

@Saunders420 i agree, i'm no expert at sales, but i would think modding is adding interest in this game to sell more. On the other side, we don't even know for sure if RPF packing was done to prevent modding

@bur587 you can increase particle count in visuallsettings if your PC specs allow it
