Hi GTA V lovers. This is my first mod.
With this mod you can play GTA 5 without shutters and lags on every computer. This mod gain for me over 45fps(in the night 30fps, with rain 25-30fps, in extrasunny 30-45fps ) on nvidia gt230m(overlocked) and i5 520m 2,4 Ghz 1st gen in high resolution, water and textures.I try a lot of mods, but this mod is the best solution of perfomance and quality picture on low end systems.
This mod improves fps in the night, thunder, rain, snow. You must get crazy boost on every computer with minimal core 2 duo2ghz,3gb ram and Vram less than 512MB. Mod based on balance of farclip and lods(and many others things, i rewrite all timecycles), there are no worst graphics, only advantages for low-end pc users and medium pc.

To create this mod i used only OPEN IV, notepad.
For better experience i recommend you to instal mod Lower resolution vegetation for improved performance and RE-sized textures. Also if you have less than 4 GB ram, I recommended you to install Systemchache boost pro.
Instruction:
use OPENIV to install this mod, don't forget to backup your original files
1.drop everything from common.rpf/data/ to your archive common.rpf in GTAV directory,
do the same with update.rpf and x64a.rpf
2.drop settings.xml to your YOURdocuments/Rockstar Games/GTAV/
Picture maybe can looks bad becouse screenshots have low resolution after converting bmp to jpeg( look from a distance please XD )
My version of game v1.0.1180.1 but mod must works on others versions too.

-little improvements
ver 2 changes
-little weather improvemets
-almost stock picture
-now for all PC
-more fps
3.0 version
-Improved extrasunny and clear weather
-More fps(2-5)and stability

-edited gameconfig v1.0.1180.1 (higher and stable perfomance)
-little changes in colors(more natural)

1.скинуть все файлы и папки из common.rpf/data/ в ваш архив GTAV/common.rpf/data/
2.скинуть все файлы и папки из update.rpf/data/ в ваш архив GTAV/update.rpf/data/
3.скинуть все файлы и папки из x64a.rpf/data/ в ваш архив GTAV/x64a.rpf/data/
4.кинуть settings.xml по пути мои документы/Rockstar Games/GTAV/
Желательно скопировать весь код до строки с названием видеокарты из моего архива в файле settings в ваш settings.xml по пути - мои документы/Rokstar games/Gtav/settings.xml

@planche I fixed by my own no needed, if someone face this issue just replace https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars instead of yours.

just gotta say I dont think setting water and texture quality to "Very High" is good idea for optimization

Hi bro i i will describe my problem here
So first i have gta 5 crack version 1.41
My game crash in normal boot and run normaly in safeboot but in safe boot it is very laggy so i decide to find solution and found heaplimitadjuster and pack file limit adjuster it work smoothly in first mission but in second mission franklin and lamar is very laggy so i decide to install some new low end pc mod to fix lag but after that it didnt start and after that i decide to install custom os call reviOS which say improve performance but it is actually improve a little bit but my gta 5 still lagging so i want to know if you or anyone can help me

I tried this before and it worked, except now it won't even launch GTA V. I tried this with the mod and it didn't even launch, and I tried this without the mod and it launched perfectly fine.. It's a good mod though, and I see how it would work. Though I would fix the issue :)

Great, my GTA V won't launch anymore even after i deleted the "fps boost", wtf have you done. does this file have a malware or something that prevents my game from launching!!??!
