IMPORTANT FOR ROCKSTAR EDITOR USERS: Before taking a screenshot or recording a video, Alt+Tab out of the game and then enter back in to improve the visibility of raindrops even further - I assume this is a bug but may be helpful for improving your content.
Replaces the dirt texture on cars with a raindrop texture.
Disclaimer: Performance will probably take a hit using this mod, especially with the 8k version and was made mainly for use in screenshots/videos rather than actual gameplay.

Update 1.1 (22/07/17) - Improved the visibility of raindrop textures.
IMPORTANT FOR ROCKSTAR EDITOR USERS: Before taking a screenshot or recording a video, Alt+Tab out of the game and then enter back in to improve the visibility of raindrops even further - I assume this is a bug but may be helpful for improving your content.
This difference can be seen simply between these two screenshots, nothing else was done to the image except a before and after of tabbing in/out. Before: http://i.imgur.com/oO8LKqg.png --- After: http://i.imgur.com/ApyQ9iv.png
I hope this video can help

everyone that have the issue with it not showing up or the texture is dirt, here's a fix:
in openIV, search in mod folder all vehshare.ytd files and replace the dirt texture from those files to the raindrop file.
Rockstar some time ago has changed the main vehshare location (don't ask why) so the old guides don't work anymore.
Hope this helps :)
@BigRuiner worked for me! tysm man
works perfect!
@BigRuiner thank you so much
I've changed every single vehshare file in all archives that been found with search bar, worked
@BigRuiner THANK YOU SO MUCH MAN!!!
@LucasLasko where were the other vehshare.ytds?? I cant find them.
@_Sway Go to open IV and click on tools then search. Type in veshare.ytd and search, a bunch of veshare files will appear you need to edit all of them.
@BigRuiner Thanks it work
@Malulani my addon car does not have a dirt map, why does it still not work?
not working
Somebody help no rain drops are not appearing on cars, I have NVE Installed just so you know.
Its not working. its just appearing as dirt and LOTS of dirt. i've done all the steps properly
doesn't look like what's shown in the pictures but it still looks good in game
@kairu have you think about make a raindrop texture for car windshield?
@BigRuiner still looks like dirt
After i uninstalled it my game keeps crashing. i dont know what to do except for reinstalling GTA V. and then i lose everything.
My game is all good now, and the mod works! Except for the fact that it only works on NPC vehicles.. not my own. Cna anyone help me?
@John2844627 How did you get this to work can you help ? It looks to me that this mod only changes the pattern of the dirt on your car and doesn't actually add raindrops I've tried this mod and many others and none of them are showing raindrops and I've tried multiple cars ? I also have Quant V and NVE installed not sure if this is an issue ?
