1. Before installing these poses, I'll suggest you to install customanims addons from here : https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/custom-animations-add-on-customanims

2. You have to place the YCD files here:
dlcpacks/customanims/dlc.rpf/x64/anims/ingame/clip amb@.rpf

3. Add the animation -Adim dict- to your FavouriteAnims.xml folder

(You can read the 'Favorite Anims' TXT file, once you download the pack)
