Welcome to a new free release! Let me introduce you to my new map "Strawberry Gardens"
Quick Description about the mod:
"Strawberry Gardens" is the new name of the newly constructed
Park area with a gas station which is seperated by a custom road with traffic nodes.
The Park offers a wide range of opportunities for Players no matter
if in FiveM or in the working Singleplayer Version. This is a high-quality
map made entirely in Blender and Codewalker.
Features:
-A completely new Legion Square area
-Great performance
-Removed old LODs
-Custom LOD Lights
-Perfect amount of new vegetation which gives the city new colour
-A custom-made Park with many green areas, bushes and trees
-Working stairs with appropriate collision and custom railings
-A little Plaza area with a coffee van, chairs and tables
-Benches in the park for seating oppourtunities
-Custom made fur grass
-Custom made scenarios which makes the map busier
-Custom Road with new traffic nodes
-Other half of the Area is a new gas station
-Custom Car generators
-Evenly spread out trash
-Huge amount of attention on small details
-And much more!
Installation Singleplayer:
Step 1: move the "strawberry_gardens_verpi" into mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\
Step 2: add this line in mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
dlcpacks:/strawberry_gardens_verpi/
Step 3: move the "downtown.ymt" from the "peds" folder into
mods\update\update.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\scenario\
Step 4: copy the x64g.rpf into your mods folder if you haven't already!
Step 5: delete "ng_proc_cigpak01c.ydr" in
mods\x64g.rpf\levels\gta5\generic\procobj.rpf\levels\gta5\generic\procobj

Quick Info: The LOD Lights were removed but are still visible in the video. It's a R* Editor thing, they are not in-game.

As i've seen some people are having problems and issues with the map "Strawberry Plaza"
Now i've created this Troubleshooting Guide in order to help assist you with the most common errors
---FIRST PROBLEM---
Problem: Why are there trees or palms floating around that aren't supposed to be there?
Solution: Every tree that shouldn't be there and is floating around in the air is NOT placed by me. The issue is
that a different map is interfering with my map which leads to my files being overwritten with the files of
the other map. You need to disable all other map mods in Los Santos and then see if it works. If it does try activating
more maps to see which map is interfering with mine.
---SECOND PROBLEM---
Problem: Why is there a collision on the new road inbetween the Park and Gas Station?
Solution: The collision is NOT from my map. The collision comes from a other map conflicting with my map as they maybe
use the same collision file and the game doesn't know which one to load in. In order to fix that you need to disable all other map mods in Los Santos and then see if it works. If it does try activating
more maps to see which map is interfering with mine.
Solution 2 (FiveM): The collision is NOT from my map. Natural Vision Evolved (NVE) is also having some little issues with my map.
In order to fix that you need to temporarly delete "a_NVE_Models_and_Textures.rpf" from your FiveM application data.
---THIRD PROBLEM---
Problem: Why are there NPCs floating around in the air?
Solution(FiveM): You didn't fully follow the install instructions in the ReadMe. Download server_scenarios (https://github.com/TayMcKenzieNZ/server_scenarios)
After downloading it put it in your server resources and start the resource. Then you will need to take the "downtown.ymt" from my download in the peds folder
and drag it into the stream folder of "server_scenarios"
Solution (Singleplayer): Please read the steps carefully in the ReadMe & Installation Guide. It is explained very well there.
---FOURTH PROBLEM---
Problem: Why is my map flickering in some places in Strawberry Gardens?
Solution: As above some other map is interfering with the occlusions i edited. Altough you can fix this yourself in a few minutes
with basic codewalker knowledge if you want to make it compatible.
---FIFTH PROBLEM---
Problem: Why are there some lights floating around in the air?
Solution(FiveM): Again, NOT the fault of my map. I removed every vanilla LOD Light in that area so it has to be some different map interfering with mine.
Another possibility is that your server is not minimum on gamebuild 2699..
this is an awesome mod, but how can I delete it now?
Update: Looks like NVE and this map mod are incompatible. Likely due to the NVE lights in Legion Square. I installed the map mod first then NVE. Not sure if it would make a difference doing it the other way around. Still an overall great map mod though!

pretty nice but there are some invisible blocks that im getting collided on the center of the garden
this messes with my mile high (old building site )
can this be fixed
Love the map, but would you by any chance know what can remove to stop the construction site trying to be rendered? I have the Mile high club mod on my fivem server and it adds low poly buildings, roads all around this area for some reason
@phoon As the troubleshooting guide already says, this mod is ***Incompatible*** with NVE. If you don't have NVE you need to follow the ReadMe..
followed instructions and people still floating how do i fix ??
Looks nice but all of the street furniture and fences are indestructible. Still get lots of floating litter. Pedestrian and traffic pathing is also strange, with pedestrians walking in the road and traffic making unusual U-turns.
i like it a lot but i have flickering, does this work fine with online maps enabled?
Love the place but 3 issues with it, 1 is that the street furniture like the chairs near the ron gas station and the phone booths, you cannot break it, I tried driving my car into the chairs and the phone booths but it was like glued into the floor, 2 is that i'm getting floating litter and some leafs floating too around the place, 3 is that there are Pedestrians going the wrong way and getting stuck either by the trees or the phone booths, they are taking unusual U-turns and i'm seeing that Pedestrians are flying out of the floor which I did the single player installation and installed it correctly, but i'm seeing that pedestrians are not on the ground when i'm far away from them, and there was a pedestrian who went inside the ron building which idk how, but those are the issues I had to state, again I love the place very very much but some issues need to be fixed soon. :)
Soo I REALLY LOVE IT. But the Map is Flickering Arround the Meeting point even when i removed all mappings arround it. Any Solution?

The trash is floating in the air, how to fix this
I got problem in single player, i got modded and vanilla map in the same time, and collision on all terrain of legion square dont work, peds and cars falls under the map like me. There just no collision, how to fix this?
