This is a better version of the gas station located next to Trevor's Office/Meth Lab

Install Guide:
Put "garage.xml" into MenyooStuff/Spooner
once in game Open Menyoo --> Object Spooner --> Manage Saved Files --> garage.xml --> Load Placements
