Here is Manor Tesso.
Manor Tesso is a huge spacious and modern mansion featuring four bedrooms all wih personal en-suites and closet areas.
The house has a variety of rooms to keep your characters occupied! The mansion has its own gym and swimming pool room which is at the rear of the house.. It also has its own kitchen with separate modern dining area and an area for breakfast In the morning.
At the front of the house you will find an office room with glass desk to get business deals done! The manor boasts a closet area just off the bar room with a variety of drinks and chill out areas.
Water will be added soon in version 2.0 when I can get some time.

To make sure this mod works 100% with no missing props, it is crucial you install the following-
1) Latest ScriptHook V
2) Latest ScriptHook V .NET
3) OpenIV program
4) Latest Map Builder
5) Latest Map Editor
6) Unlock-all-objects version 1.0 (Needs to be 1.0 NOT 1.1)
MUST HAVE MAP BUILDER + MAP EDITOR IF MAP IS NOT FULLY LOADING!
***Please do not rate the mod low because It does not work for you. You are rating the mod not how you load it! If you follow all instructions and it still doesn't work let me know and I can try and assist. Thank you***

1) Place "manor" into your GTA main directory
2) Play GTA game
3) Whilst in game open Map Editor using F7 key
4) Go to load map and type "manor" (May take a up-to 1 min to fully load due to props amount and PC specs)
5) Go to the area on the map where the mansion is located and ENJOY!

@81M Greening is great. There's a lawn, but I have a little advice that I hope you can adopt. Is it possible to add more greening plants and trees to the lawn and add a large swimming pool with water?
Rockstar should hire you to create mansions for GTA online.

I spawned the file in with map editor and about half of the house is missing
@81M put the file in the map but like jones is saying the half of the house is missing
