The Land Act Reservoir Air Base (L.A.R.A.B.) is a private espionage/military air base facility; constructed on top of the dam reservoir region, middle of Tataviam Mountains of Los Santos.
The Reservoir and its surrounding region have been abandoned by the public and city of Los Santos for decades after a "catastrophic nuclear accident" which was reported by the local authorities. But in fact, it was a cover up for a private espionage/military organisation to remove all water from the reservoir region and build a secret air base facility in plain sight at the middle of Tataviam Mountains of Los Santos.
The latest "Cloaking Technology" assures that the reservoir and its surrounding region looks deserted; but in fact, the region has an active air base with several aircrafts and other military vehicles coming in and out daily without ever being noticed by the public and city of Los Santos.
24/7 satellite security and several checkpoints around the regions of Tataviam Mountains ensures only espionage/military personals ever see the sight of L.A.R.A.B.

• Huge hanger; big enough to hold a cargo plane and several other aircrafts.
• State of the art technology, "Luminous Landing Surface Panels (L.L.S.P)" ensures visibility of ground from long distance and ensures safe landing.
• Multiple helipads throughout the facility.
• Multiple aircrafts and other vehicles around the facility
• Multiple storage and vehicle parking spaces
• Electromagnetic Advanced Arresting Gear (E.A.A.G.) throughout the base to slow down the aircraft while landing.

Right so, idk if this was removed or if it was reuploaded to get rid of bad reviews but :shrug:
1. Why make an air base ontop of a reservoir, fuel and other chemicals leaking into the water would make the water unsafe.
2. It makes absolutely zero sense for an air base to be built ontop of of a reservoir thats next to a dam, surely planes landing and taking off would in the long run cause severe damage to the dam.
3. There really isnt enough space on that "platform" for planes to both land and take off, especially with all the vehicles cluttered around on it.
4. The hangars you've built arent even big enough to fit the giant plane you've put in it, what are they gonna do, remove the wings and reattach them every time it needs to get in/out of the hangar?
5. There's still a road thats accessible to civilians that goes right past the entire thing that lets them get in and out if it by just following the road. This so called airbase is about as easy to access as downtown LS. Theres not even gates or anything
I find this mod low quality especially with that one plane hovering in mid air. The location is also chosen badly especially for an AFB (makes taking off extremely hard) plus that ramp making the base unrealistic and I cannot see any runway and there are too many planes parked.
@Swed1431 its just a xml map, you are thinking too much about it, some of the details are gonna be changed. its just a WIP atm.

some of the areas of this map seems a bit croweded lol; but overall nice map. love the plot/desc -10/10
