Provides many entry points and a working exit door. The back area is open and so is the front It does have some beat up cars and things though and the interior is pretty detailed. It works in fivem and sp there is a download method for both.
Installation single player:
- take sp folder and open it up.
- Then grab the ware folder and drop in mods/update/x64/dlcpacks.
- after that open up openiv and go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data and drag dlclist.xml to your desktop.
- open it and add dlcpacks:/ware/ to a new line at the bottom after the final one with the same outlines outside of ware.
Fivem Install: open your fivem resources folder drop it in and start flywheel in server.cfg

DO NOT REUPLOAD

Very good idea you should make a small room next to it and remove the two vehicles that prevent you from passing, but its cool i like this idea :D

I love this. I like how you kept it open for custom ymaps. I have suggestions, but this is already great.
1. I would definitely remove the 2 cars, and some of the trash parts out back like the tires and the old rusty truck frame (if you can)
2. In your update you said you added a little room in the front? Like a reception desk or an office? Pics please!
3. Maybe add garage doors?
4. Can you copy and paste the garage interior or is it more of a building shell? I think another flywheels in los santos would be great.. and it hasnt been done before!

could you remove the 2 old cars from inside at all? great work btw!
@GTAcargamer ya and the other stuff inside there so people like us can make custom garages to our liking other wise the props and the cars will respawn if you leave and come back to the game
