got an update for u guyz it is called v2.0, i got add an icecream parlour, restro and small motel to this one, here is another mod out now this time an drought luxury modern house cum office mod,here u can make meetings and hangout at yr own home with luxury stuff, If u find my mod

@Torreto612 I gotta say I really like your work but you and I both need to learn collisions so it doesn't rain in these houses. Also looking up how to properly add water to the addon pools as well. Anyways, good work!
