Hello bros (read description)
i m working on a tiny modern house society, it is a series of tiny houses, check my previous mod, i really love tiny house so i build it in my way hope u all really enjoy it, i worked a lot, If u read it then plz give like and and ratings to my mods i appreciate all of u.

@ 1 bank
@ 1 garage shop
@ 1 repair shop
@ Working doors
@ space for many cars in bank (low height)
Installation instruction
> it consist of 2 files 1 for van cars & 1 for houses.
@ 1st file modern house and garage 2.xml
> go to gtav directory/put file in here(modern house and garage2.xml)
u r done
> open map editor by f7/ load map/ file chooser/ search modern house and garage2.xml select it and its done
@ 2nd file van.xml
1- go to gtav directory/menyoo/spooner/put van file in tat
2- open gta v press f8 for menyoo/ spooner stuff/ van.xml/ load placements
3- u r teleported to tat location
4- done.
>Never modify and upload my mod on any other site however u can make video for youtube but give credit and link of my mod in the description
>Bugs
i found no bug if u found let me know
> u need these for working of this mod
1- your gtav should be v1.41
2- map builder
3- map editor
4- menyoo by muffins
