Using OpenIV, go to this path: update/update.rpf/
common/data/ai then replace the original weapon.meta file with the one in the download archive.

What is the point of this? It's a stun gun. If you want it to be lethal, use a pistol, there's like 20 to choose from.
good for cop mod, cause in police mod the stun gun is not as powerful as single player
