Even though I'm not a returning player (I am technically, just registered separately) I have all the dlc content, I just can't access them through legit means. "All Weapons" on a trainer gives me the weapons, and I can spawn the cars so I doubt his issue is related to being a returning player. But who knows

Well what i know so is the railgun and Everything else you get in the link i wrote above only for returning players, at least that is what R* says.

nice! i just changed te magazine to 9999 so i dont have to reload, but the time between shots are perfect

@wtfboom There's a MOD IIRC that gives you the weapons. Or was that a hack I saw on Google? I'm not sure... I have the stuff anyway, so I don't know if it works.

There wasn't the file in update.rpf, so I just did:

x64w.rpf and go to...
dlcpacks/spupgrage/dlc.rpf/common/data/ai

Replace weaponcomponents.meta
Replace weaponrailgun.meta

How can I make the rate of fire even more insane?

can someone make a mod for that van that has that remote sniper rifle in the back the one out of that mission where you had to shoot down that plane it would be cool to have that!
