This is a vehicle for use with Menyoo PC. If you don't have that, grab it here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
I made this to test Menyoo's new prop attaching abilities. It's just for fun so don't have a cow, man
Features:
A big dang pallet of weed.
A display case of bongs and other paraphernalia.
Banners to spread the good word.
Two automatically smoking/hotboxing windows.
To install:
Once you've installed Menyoo you'll have a "Menyoostuff" folder in your game directory. Go to that, then drop this xml file into the Vehicles directory.
Once you've started the game, open Menyoo, go to Vehicle Options > Vehicle Spawner > Saved Vehicles, then select it from the list.

Objects should be placed in the misc section of gta5mods.com & ingame this vehicle has many bugs with the spawned objects

1. There are subcategories you can sort Vehicle mods by, this is in "Other" so it's easy to filter it out if prop attachment vehicles offend your delicate sensibilities.
