i Made My First Mod.
How To Get The Mod :
1.Open OPENIV
if you dont have it here's a link : http://openiv.com/WebIV/guest.php?get=1
2.Navigate To Mods > Update > Update.rpf > Common > data
3.Download The Handling (Above)
4.Drag The Handling
5.Open GTA 5 And Test it
Mod information :
More Fly in The Air.
it increase The Speed Of The SeaShark.

A video referece would be nice since you can't really see what this mod does
@baneofpoo2 Handling is inside the vehicles category. Click on vehicles, and you'll see the handling tag for you to click. Though it would be better if handling had it's own category.
Can you do a mob like this but on all vehicles and air vehicles?
