I checked the carcols file because there were no tuning parts and I noticed that the file was for the chopin2, not the Baikal.
Why does the car look like from another game? Like looking at its graphics and such.

@Patão_Innertubey Bro, in new version i founded 2 bugs: 1 shoes clipping throught textures, 2 hands not on steering wheel. Could and will u fix them?
