In this mod you can enjoy a Turbo Flutter from your Turbocharged vehicle.
Flutter volume slightly depends on the vehicle you drive.
Usually cars have a loud flutter specially cars like Kuruma,Sultan,Futo.
Contains single sound file & the original file.
Instructions
1.Open Iv is required to install this mod.
2.Using Open IV,
GTA v/x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf/vehicles.awc
3.Right click on vehicles.awc and export to openFormats(.oac) and select a folder(let's call it X folder).
4.In that folder you will find vehicles folder and vehicles.oac.
5.Copy My WASTE GATE.wav in to the vehicles folder.
6.Go back to the Open IV and GTA v/x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf location.
Turn on edit mode then right click and click Import openFormats.
Now select vehicles.oac file in your X folder
7.Enjoy the mod.

Cant hear anyting in the car, exhaust, when drifiting etc.

i also could not hear it worked then next car cant hear tires exhaust all that and i didnt have any other car sounds since it was a new mods folder, idky but yeah
@Lakee I have the same problem, and I do have more modified sounds, specifically one that changes the squeal of the tires
