Extract "dlclist.xml" with openIV from -> /update/update.rpf/common/data
Add new line "dlcpacks:/focus2003/" to dlclist.xml
Save, and replace the old one at -> /update/update.rpf/common/data
Model: Forza Motorsport 4, Forza Horizon 3
