1.OpenIV
2.Go to OpenIV and press Edit mode
3.Download the car from HarvinoiiD :

4.There will be an installation manual, install .
5.We move on the following folders : dlcpacks>porto18>dlc.rpf>common>data> and replace handling.meta
- Speed max = 200mph
