Crazy Cars-Facked Up Handling

This is some stupid handling you can throw into your game for a few quick laughs. Be sure to backup data or use a mods folder or something like that because this makes your game nearly unplayable.
In Chaos Mode cars will hop, bounce, spin around, explode randomly and even fly away in manners that totally defy the laws of physics.
In Blender Mode most cars will spin around violently until they hit something, explode or fly away. A few vehicles will take flight unpredictably and some may bounce around as well. In both Chaos and Blender modes special time was taken on the city bus to ensure that it behaves erratically and most often ends up spinning like a giant propeller.
In Triggered Mode most vehicles will behave somewhat normally until traffic gets scared by a gunshot or explosion, then mild shenanigans will occur until they settle down again. Sometimes a chain reaction will keep them crazy if explosions occur often enough.
To install with openIV replace handling.meta in update/update.rpf/common/data

I'd like to thank whoever added the video. I'm glad to see this mod make so many people laugh. That was it's original purpose.

@Impactjunky This would really make a great script mod. Have a configurable toggle key in a .ini file for each type of handling... just a thought. :) keep up the good work.
how to download it? I cant open the update.rpf to replace it with handling.meta
@Weirdoutworld Thanks man, and that's a pretty good idea but making it work is beyond my ability for now. I would love to be able to change handling on the fly, especially for switching a truck/suv in and out of 4wd
@Impactjunky That 4wd changing idiea is great. Maybe contact one of the many talented scripters here & just ask for credit for the idiea... I want that now. Ha
@Weirdoutworld I've been thinking about asking edllm to make a script that turns off power but not steering on the front wheels of the players vehicle or something like that. He makes good realistic vehicle related scripts.
