Somehow, the ASI File won't load. It did work for me, before I reformatted my PC. I have Visual C++ redistrib. 2015 installed.
@el_charco MODS try running the game as administrator and fullscreen (NON windowed) and it should work. At least it did for me, if you got steam you have to run steam as an admin and then GTA via steam
@SWENIK because you are encoding in x265. Youtube doesnt take that, you have to transcode it to x264 with HandBrake or Sony Vegas
@SWENIK for me it worked faster by encoding in x265 and transcoding it into x264 via HandBrake

No, 0 is uncompressed and i think 35 is worst. For HD video i recommend 19, for 4K 14
@Ryowatanabe201 check out this program: https://handbrake.fr/ it transcodes files very easily. It makes them from huge files to files you can edit and smaller. Also, you could try importing it into Vegas and Exporting it via Render. However, this reduces quality and adds contrast.
@nightinggale somehow I managed a workaround, it working now. After all, the export is veery slow, even with settings set to ultrafast and CRF35. CPU utilization is often below 5%. Rendering with handbrake, another x264 encoder is working flawlessly.
