Hello guys, I was facing the exact same issue for some reason, and I have solved the problem. Any of those who are having this issue, I will help you solve it. So what you have to do, it's nothing else but a map builder problem. What you probably have is the version which is a little newer, but for this particular map, we need something which is older. And so yeah, all you have to do is, as you would know, when we open the map builder silver OIV file, when we unzip it, we have two OIV files. One is volume 1, one is volume 2. We need both of them installed through OpenIV, not one. Most of us have the volume 2 because it's the newer one, but we really, really, really need the volume 1 as well. And that's how you are going to solve the issue. At least that's how I solved mine. Mathematically, odds are that it's a map builder issue because this particular map doesn't need map editor, it needs map builder. So all you have to focus on is having the right kind of map builder.
