@HvyMetal55 I uninstalled my GTA V and then I reinstalled and it worked. Try to do the same, but when installing the archives, as ScriptHook, needed to load mods inside your GTA V folder follow the instructions in these videos:

*the first video is in portuguese, then put subtitles on english clicking in the the box where is writed CC in the bottom part of the video
*to install the new version of Map Editor follow the instruction of the second video and when you get into the part that you have to unzip the files into script folder, unzip all the files you found in the folder of the new version of Map Editor
*I have only open the Map Editor, but I haven't tested if it working correctly

can you make an Editor like the Map Constructor for the San Andreas Multiplayer? like this one: http://forum.sa-mp.com/showthread.php?t=282801

It isn't working for me. When I click F4 or F7 or any other F it doesn't open the Map Editor.
