@ifigottapaythenimout if you have any realism, better trees mod installed it's probably conflicting. The vanilla version has zero trees in that area, so they are coming from another mod. Try disabling mods like this or adapting them
@ifigottapaythenimout I had the same issue, and after some online searching I came across a post that said that ENT might cause this. I searched for the ENT database file in my home folder, deleted (lost all save, cars, outfits, etc) and that solved the problem! House shows up and all is good. No idea why though.
This is the most useless and unnecessary mod that I could have never thought about. But ohh boy once I saw this existed I immediately downloaded! So good! Size and textures look amazing! Great Job! A good mercenary has a cute side too!
